Cheating On A Diet
Well so far so good I have not cheated on my diet, though I do have some cravings and I have to remember to drink more water. I also added green tea to my daily diet. One thing I do not use is most diet foods and artificial sweeteners. I am just not sure they are good for you and I do not see the point. If your going to cheat you may as well go all the way. If I feel like a coke I will have a few gulps of a real coke not diet coke.
Most of these diet products are just a cardboard cut out of the real things and taste like it to me. Some diet products I will eat are the ones that do not depart from the original recipes but instead cut calories by trimming the portion sizes.
