Jared’s Subway Diet Plan

Unless you have been living on the moon you have probably heard about Jared and his Subway Diet Plan. Though he no longer seems to be popping up in as many commercials. Jared lost over 200 pounds on the Subway Diet Plan and became a minor star and major promotional tool for the Subway Sandwich chain for a few years.

Subway Diet Plan

  • Breakfast: Coffee every morning
  • Lunch: One 6inch turkey loaded with veggies. Seasoning and mustard. No other oils or sauces and cheese. A diet soft drink and small bag of chips.
  • Dinner: 12inch veggie sub

Jared ate the same meal everyday and walked and walked and walked. Critics point out the diet is not very balanced and does not provide very much protein. Also any sort of caloric restriction is bound to take weight off someone who has been over eating for years.
