LUNCH
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz pure fresh grapefruit juice
Cooked Meat in any style including fried
Salad with dressing

DINNER
1/2 grapefruit or 8oz pure fresh grapefruit juice
Meat or Fish
Green or red vegetables with butter

BEDTIME
8oz Tomato juice
Take multivitamins and drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Do not eat:white onion, potato, celery, peas, cereal, corn, chips, peanut butter, jam and fruit.
Most versions say to stay on for 12-13 days and some say take 2 days off and repeat.
Interesting is the fact that although this diet might be a bit silly there is some scientific research to show that grapefruit by itself might be very beneficial to weight loss as it appears to reduced insulin levels according to the work of Dr. Ken Fujioka.
