The 3 day tuna fish diet is one of the most popular diets online. This diet predates the internet. It use to be a popular diet to spam via fax. The diet is sometimes claimed to be from a particular hospital or doctor but no one has really stepped up to claim it. The 3 day tuna fish diet is suppose to allow you to lose 10 pounds quickly.
3 Day Tuna Fish Diet
Day 1
- Breakfast: Black coffee or tea, 1/2 Grapefruit, slice of toast with 2 tbs. of peanut butter.
- Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna, slice of toast, black coffee or tea.
- Dinner:Lean serving of chicken, 1 cup beets, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup low fat ice cream, 1 small apple
Day 2
- Breakfast: Coffee/tea, egg, 1/2 banana , 1 slice of toast
- Lunch: 1 cup tuna, 6 saltine crackers, coffee/tea
- Dinner:2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup ice cream
Day 3
- Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 apple, coffee/tea
- Lunch: hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast
- Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup ice cream
This is a sample there are slight variations of the 3 day tuna fish diet and usually its recommended you drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Hits: Hmmmm not sure I guess its cheap
Misses: Calorie restrictive, will not produce long term results, not even sure with mercury levels in tuna I would want to eat it everyday. This diet might be better left for your cat than you
